01

The problem

SimpliLEAD is three things at once: a research company with its own HI-EI-AI ontology, a consulting firm with ten portfolios from software design to HR provision, and the parent of a consumer product line. A visitor arriving from a HiMirrorly press feature and a CIO arriving from a referral need very different first screens.

The risk was a site that reads like a certification-training brochure and buries the research and the products under a services list.

02

Decisions that shaped the site

  • The ontology is the spine. HI-EI-AI, Human Intelligence above Emotional Intelligence above Artificial Intelligence, is stated first, and every portfolio and product is framed as an application of it.
  • Products sit beside portfolios, not under them. HiMirrorly and HiCoachly get a flagship slot at the top of the portfolio grid instead of a footer link.
  • The LEAD method, Learn, Enhance, Adapt, Deliver, is the one idea a visitor should leave with, so it appears in the hero, in the methodology section, and in the closing call to action.
  • Regional alignment is explicit: each GCC country is named with its national agenda, and delivery is bilingual, so a buyer sees their context rather than a generic Middle East pitch.
  • One contact form with an area-of-interest field so inquiries arrive already tagged by portfolio.
03

What is on the site

  • Hero, LEAD method, and a framework strip naming the standards the training aligns to.
  • A portfolio grid: the flagship product line plus ten consulting portfolios, each with its own page.
  • A purpose section, a Middle East focus section, and an offer section covering certification, corporate learning, delivery formats, and personal learning roadmaps.
  • A media wall of 27-plus outlets that covered the HI-EI-AI research and HiMirrorly.
  • FAQ and a tagged contact form with a one-business-day response promise.
04

Outcome and what I am measuring

The site is live and is the hub HiMirrorly and HiCoachly link back to. The company reports 28,000-plus learners certified, 30-plus enterprise engagements, and 12-plus countries served. Those are company figures from its own history, not results of this site.

The number I watch is inquiry quality by portfolio: which area-of-interest tags arrive, and whether they come from the buyer the page was written for.

How I worked

AI-assisted tools drafted copy variants and scaffolded pages. Positioning, the portfolio structure, what got a flagship slot, and the metric were human decisions, and every generated artifact was reviewed before it shipped.
