Catalyst Solution Services: turning a twelve-service menu into one first step
The site for an AI-enabled digital growth agency. A free Growth Audit is the single entry point, and every service line is framed around building an online presence that generates customers.
- Live
- Catalyst Solution Services, Sheridan, Wyoming
- Professionals and growing businesses that need presence, leads, and revenue
- Product work alongside the founder: funnel design, service structure, page scope, AI-assisted build
- Growth Audit requests that turn into engagements
The problem
The agency offers twelve service lines, from AI strategy and web development to paid ads, automation, app development, and reputation. Listed flat, that is a menu, and menus make a prospect do the work of figuring out what to ask for.
The competition is every freelancer, tool, and agency that promises growth. The site had to make the first step easier than any of them.
The bet
- Hypothesis: if the first ask is a free, low-effort audit rather than a quote request, more prospects will start a conversation, and the audit itself qualifies them.
- Riskiest assumption: a visitor will trust a free audit enough to hand over their site. Everything on the page serves that one assumption.
- The audit is human-reviewed with a report inside one business day, so the promise is specific rather than a generic "we will get back to you".
What is in and what is out
In: a hero that names the outcome, the free Growth Audit as the primary call to action, services grouped under strategy, build, marketing, automation, and analytics, project and retainer engagement models, a client logo row, and a contact path.
- Out until demand shows up: published pricing, a client portal, self-serve booking, and automated audit generation. The audit stays human-reviewed on purpose.
- The trade-off is explicit: prove the audit converts first, automate it second.
The flow
Visitor lands, sees the outcome, recognises their gap, finds their service group, requests the audit in about five minutes, receives a human-reviewed report within a business day, and the follow-up conversation starts from that report.
Outcome and what is next
The site is live and taking audit requests. The client roster includes SimpliLEAD. Volume is early-stage, so the next decision is driven by audit-to-engagement conversion and which service group the audits point to.
Automation of the audit stays out until that data says it would change a real number.
How I worked
AI-assisted tools drafted copy variants and scaffolded the front end. The audit-first funnel, the service grouping, the in/out list, and the metric were human decisions, and every generated artifact was reviewed before it shipped.
